Welcome to Blue Smoke BBQ Wood. We are Randy and Mack. We are a small family owned business located in Waxahachie, Texas. We enjoy being outdoors, cutting wood and above all wood smoked BBQ. We believe that hard work and honesty are essential to running a successful business. We have experienced tremendous growth over the last two years and want to thank all of our customers who have made that growth possible.
We provide premium BBQ wood chunks for everyone from the backyard grill master to the most decorated competition smoker. We are a small business based in Waxahachie, Texas. We process every chunk of wood ourselves to ensure the best quality for you. We are here to make sure you have the best experience possible. Lone Star Hotcakes
Tired of buying charcoal and lighter fluid? Tired of waiting to get your fire going? The Lone Star Hotcake eliminates of all of those problems. Get your fires started quicker so that you can concentrate on the cook. Each Lone Star Hotcake is made by hand and guaranteed to burn for at least ten minutes. They may be small but they are powerful.
Each Lone Star Hotcake is $1.50 which includes shipping.
Minimum order of 30 Hotcakes unless as an add on to a wood chunk order. Hotcakes included as an add on will be priced at $1. Hotcakes as an add on will be shipped in the same box as the wood chunks.
Oak Smoking Chunks
Our premium oak Smoking chunks provide a mild smoke that produces that classic BBQ flavor. Oak also makes a great base wood as it will not overpower other flavors which are added to the cook. Our oak chunks contain several species of white oak including post oak.
